Yummy, Easy BBQ Beef Recipe

When Autumn comes around I find myself really wanting comforting, hearty meals. One of my go to recipes is BBQ Beef in the crock pot. This recipe couldn't be any simpler to make or any more satisfying. This recipe doubles as a simple, easy weeknight meal or is great for a crowd as well.

Ingredients:

Pot Roast
Beef Stew seasoning packet
Water
BBQ Sauce
Buns for serving

Directions:

Place defrosted roast in crock pot. put water in crock pot, Put enough water in so that is goes 3/4 of the way up the roast. Sprinkle in half of the beef stew seasoning packet, Make sure some of seasoning goes on the roast as well as in the water.

Cook on low for 8 hours.

After 8 hours, remove the roast from the crock pot and set aside on a plate. Dump out all the remaining water and rinse out the crock pot.

Place roast back into the crock pot and shred with a fork. Add 1 bottle of BBQ sauce and 1 cup of water. Continue cooking on low for 3-4 hours.

Serve on your favorite buns or try slider buns when serving a crowd.

I hope you will give this recipe a try!! If you do let me know what you think down below in the comment section.
